the Hurts So Good Health Challenge!
running January 10th - January 31st
this month’s challenge is based strictly on participation and the honor system. no weigh ins or buy ins required! simply look at the list, choose the areas you’d like to participate, track your points and check in once a week. the more activities you participate in, the more points you earn!
here are the details:
- Eat a serving of Vegetables: 5 points per serving
- Eat a serving of Fruit: 2 points per serving
- 8oz of Water: 3 points for every 8oz you drink
- 30 minutes of Exercise: 10 points for every 30 minutes of exercise completed
- 3 positive things: 5 points for sharing 3 positive things from your day. This can be absolutely anything that made you happy! (Posted to the group daily on the pinned post).
- Weekly Mini Challenge: 50 points - Once a week I’ll announce a mini challenge when I call for everyone to report their points. This will be a short rep challenge compiled of 3-4 cardio & strength moves. Complete the challenge, report your score and earn the points!
there’s one big winner at the end! the participant with the most points at the end of our 3 week challenge will receive a big MYSTERY PRIZE! it’s a secret, and it’s more fun that way, isn’t it?
this challenge is to encourage all of you to jump back on the wagon. so eat your fruits and veggies, drink that water, and get moving!
